"There’s a reason this has only 2.8 stars. Very limited range. That would have been ok, but for the one staff member that I asked a question to. I was basically scolded because I asked for a fragrance brand carried on the Sephora app, but not at Kohl’s Sephora. It was just a question. You’d have thought I challenged them to a duel. Y’all can do better! If you want a nice shopping experience - here isn’t the place."
"Some items were 50% off on the website so i called my store to see if it was real and if they would honor the price and they said yes, if I came in and had screenshots of what the discount was that they would honor it. So I took the time and gas money to drive into the store, pick out the items, screenshot it, and brought it to the cashier and then they said that they won’t honor it. I explained that I called earlier and a lady had said that they would still honor it with proof but the explorers gave me attitude and we’re rude as it was a “glitch” and they won’t price match it. They said I don’t know who you talked to, we won’t do it. I explained I had proof and screenshots and they were rude and kept saying they won’t do it and said they would be losing money. If it is on the website as a price, you should be able to price match it if it is that same store. I did research and multiple other stores are able to when I looked it up if people were able to at different kohl’s sephora. This disappointed me, it wasted my time and money, and they gave out false information and therefore, this place has lost my business and I will no longer be going back there. Don’t waste your time and money to go through the same thing I did."

"Sephora at Kohls is not a proper Sephora and therefore has both a much smaller supply of products and they do not accept Sephora gift cards, which are the only reason I came to Sephora instead of Ulta. Disappointing."
