"I didn't have anything done because of the unprofessional manner in which my interactions were with setting up the appointment and inquiring about the October special ... Which I couldn't get confirmation on... and then was told not on lashes. When I question what service would it be for I was ignored. So I canceled and text the number to let Brittany know that I did indeed cancel. The response was, "ok that's fine." I hope the professionalism shows up in the return of my $25.00 deposit. Highly disappointed and this would have been my first time ever to get lashes."
