"I don’t know why I even bother to write a review. Based on complete lack of response to previous complaints the company does not care. Still. Overwhelming cues prevented me from completing my lab waits. After waiting for one hour I had to leave. Avoid this location."

"This location is severely understaffed at least for morning lab work. Check in takes 8 minutes per person, so if you are arriving at 7am expect to finish check in by about 8. (I arrived at 6:53am on a Monday, was 8th in line and was checked in at 7:38. I was finished and out the door by 7:48. A friendly and efficient lab assistant told me that Monday mornings are the worst and I was lucky it was not so busy that day, so I recommend coming on a non-Monday). Another concern was that one staff member did not wear a mask at all in the reception area even though you are asked to do so when you enter. Another staff member had her nose outside her mask."

"I had to do lab work before my surgery. The line was incredibly long, but once I got in, the nurse was AMAZING. There was a screeching baby right next to us, but she was unfazed, very pleasant and I didn't even notice when she was done. Usually, it's like a horror movie to get any blood drained out of my non-existing veins, but she was UNBELIEVABLE. I am sorry this lab gets such a low score--I think they are understaffed and I've seen people leave and scream at the staff because the line is just hideously long. I HAD to wait--it was a day before my surgery, I had no choice, so I knitted for an hour and I was very thankful to the tiny Asian nurse who took care of me."

"Skipped my pregnancy labs because the line was so long and came back a week later to find the line even longer. Probably about 40 people. Heard the security guards say it’s like this all the time. Fun to stand for so long when you feel like you’re going to vomit or faint at any minute. Would be nice to openly offer some accommodations."

"This place is horrible. I regret stopping by this location. My home location is on the Pennisula, but they were closed for lunch and I wouldn’t be able to make it back in time before closing, so I opted for a nearby affiliated lab instead. I gave them two paper requests and they drew my blood for those, but there was another request in the system for me that they didn’t check for. Also, the wait was an hour long near closing time. Now, I have to go back for another test that was missed. The doctor’s office also called and said there’s no record of lab request being fulfilled a few days after I was here. I hope it’s just a transmission delay and that they haven’t lost my samples (like with the previous reviewer) as these are time sensitive tests. I would avoid this lab if you have other options. Shorter wait times and less busy staff who won’t forget to check if there are other orders in the system for you."
