"Friendly, pleasant, helpful staff. The technician, I don't remember his name, but he is Armenian, made a great effort to explain the process and reassure and calm me, as it was an enclosed MRI and I have claustrophobia. MRIs are noisy though! But, they'll give you ear plugs and ear muffs, AND a squeeze ball if you panic and need out. So, I highly recommend Simon Med Imaging."

"The place may look a little bit rundown on the outside of the building, but once you step inside and approach The front desk things change Everyone of the people that I interacted with assign med or 100% professionals They made me feel right at home. They made sure that I was comfortable. They answered any and all of my questions and concerns, and they even help me tie my shoes after my session was over. "I recently had an open MRI at the SF location. I am extremely claustrophobic. My technician was very efficient, patient, personable and made me feel comfortable. The young woman at the front desk was also friendly and efficient. The facility is clean. My only BIG gripe is that my appointment was rescheduled twice at the last minute, and I ended up waiting much longer than I should have for my test. Seems there are several numbers to call for appointments and they don't coordinate with each other?"
