"I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent visit to your salon. My daughter and I came in for an appointment this morning, and while we were excited for our visit, the experience didn't meet my expectations. From the beginning, the stylist who attended to my daughter's hair didn't appear to be very friendly. It would have been wonderful to feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. As someone who had booked an appointment, I naturally assumed that the styling service would be included. When I requested a finger rolling/finger coil technique for my daughter's hair, I was surprised to learn that the stylist wasn't familiar with it and mentioned a lack of time for styling. Given that I had made an appointment and was prepared to pay for the service, I had hoped for a comprehensive experience that covered both the haircut and styling. I hope that you will consider this feedback and take it into account for future appointments."
