"To any and all reading this. Please give the store another chance. The hours posted are correct 100% of the time. The manager, Chad, has really turned this place around! We have been hard at work fixing things and making sure that everything is priced properly, organized, and well stocked. In just the 2 months I've been with the store, I can assure you that we are working hard to make sure the customers have a pleasant experience. My co-workers are very friendly and helpful. So, please, all the reviews from 1 year ago are very much not the case for us now. So please, stop on in!! "It really is disappointing when you drive over an hour for supplies and the doors are always locked saying closed. If I owned this store I would be furious with how poorly it is ran. Somebody was inside working. And these are working business hours. 10:40 am on 1/9/2023"

"I can't even give you 1 star but there is no other choice! I have tried 3 times this past month to purchase items from your Rochester, Mn store. The door was locked & 2 times nobody was there even though I was there during open hours. The other time a foreign middle aged woman who could barely speak told me through the glass to come back as she was busy doing something. This is completely unacceptable! Salons need supplies & yet this place is not accountable to be open! This place sucks as well as the corporate owners!"

"So what is happening to your stores in Rochester? My grandaughter and I have been trying to buy at your 2 locations and you are never open. With the price of gas and we drive an hour to Rochester for products and you are not there even though your hours are posted on your door. Very upsetting! Need an explanation!"
