"Was having a bad day and wanted to treat myself. Immediately sitting down for my service the nail tech made fun of my nails (that were done by another tech there), said to go to her because she was better. I was polite, and gave her a chance. I Ignored the negative comments —when I shouldn’t have. As she was smoothing the acrylics she even cut twice & I was bleeding but was still patient. She laughed but did apologize and I said it was ok it wasn’t bad. Thought she was gonna file the underneath of my nails because they were pretty thick but trusted the process. Once my nails were done I did ask her to fix some of them because it looked crooked & some were thick from many coats of the polish & she said it was “like that when I came in”. The tech then ignored/refused to address my concern until I asked her again can you please file this one a little more. I left feeling uncomfortable. A couple minutes later I did come back after going to my car for a few minutes because I was frustrated and another tech who I later found out was the owner fixed them, (he ended up filing all the gel polish off and restarting without saying anything to me because he saw the tech rushed through them) but that’s beside the point. Will not be coming back & I don’t even write reviews but I had a terrible experience"

"I always get worried when asking salons to do nail art as I know it can be a challenge. However the gentleman who did my nails assured me he could do anything and after showing him a few reference pics of what I had in mind he got started. The nails looked absolutely amazing and he got them done super quick on top of it all. I’m so happy with how they turned out and will definitely be back!"
