"Waited a half hour beyond my scheduled time while she finished with the previous customer. Then was very rushed. Hair was pulled/hurt worse than any previous appointment I've had. Did not achieve anything close to what we had discussed/I had shown pictures- she brought my balayage highlights to the roots in several places which I had clearly stated I did not want. She also left me with visibly streaky highlights, which again I had specified against. We weren't even close to the color I wanted, which she finally said (after the appointment) would not be possible without many visits. She did not offer to help when my hair was not what we had discussed. There was a girl, right behind me, waiting over a half hour through the end of my appointment. Just like I had. It was awkward. Jess also promised to contact me when a product came back in stock and never did."

She really listened to what I wanted, and did a fabulous job blending my gray with blonde and caramel highlights. Not everyone can do a decent short cut but I love how it turned out.
