"I don't know why people buy gm because every time I need a part I swear it's back ordered"
"Purchased many vehicles here, for good reason! They treat me like family, giving me a great deal and the best part always keeping in touch with other things I am looking for!! A great many thanks to Scott, Nate, Zach, AL, Tom and Jennifer, oh and of course Rob, you have a heck of a great team there!!!"
"I was not at this establishment to purchase a car but watching what I saw when the people left there very happy it's a very friendly atmosphere the people are great this is one place where you're not going to get talked into buying something you don't want if you need a new car this is the place to go"
"Lost the only key to my impala, the parts desk only needed my vin and my insurance to prove I owned it and they cut me a new one for $80! Total life saver, got my car back on the road, worked just as it should!"
"I was having a bad day before I even got here but they managed to make it worse. Brought in my Avalanche for airbag recall. I asked when I made appointment if they would make sure any other work was needed as I haven't had it serviced in awhile. I have a slow rim leak when its cold and noticed on the way there that rear right said 25lbs . After 1 hr they came and told me it was all done and showed my the inspection saying they checked everything and set all the tires to 36lbs. I got in the car drove 5 miles and it started dinging. Air bag light was on and dash said service air bag soon. I then looked at tire pressure monitors and rear right was still 25lbs. None of them were 36. I called them and they all but accused me of lying about the tire pressure and said I would need to bring it in and they may have to charge me. So I inflated my tires myself and 2 days later brought it in. They made a deal about having me come out to the service area and having me watch them read the codes. Of course the code said the passenger airbag they replaced was bad. So after spending another hour there found out they forgot to plug in the new airbag and they inflated all my tires to 38lbs which I think might be more than they are supposed to be. There are other chevy dealers closer to me. I just thought it would be nice to have the mall close while I wait but won't go back here again."
