"I signed up to be one of the “brow models”. Right from the beginning It felt off to me . I think it was Shonna who did my service. She never introduced herself . Actually she did not talk to me the entire time I was there except to show me the outline of my brows before she started the micro blading . I tried to make small talk and got no where . When she was done she did offer to schedule the 6 week touch up but I didn’t do that . 6 weeks later when I tried to schedule the retouch with the on line scheduling nothing worked for me . I tried to call and only got a voicemail. I did leave a message that was not responded to . I ended up booking my 6 week touch up 3 months down the road because of her limited hours . The day before my appointment she sent me a message and asked me to reschedule as they were out of product until next week. None of her times worked for me and the times that I offered did not work for her . She then sent me a link for the online scheduling again…. Needless to say I will not be returning due to poor service , not trying to accommodate me when they had to reschedule . The brows are ok … but definitely need a retouch . Now I will need to find someone who will treat me better and provide a better service to finish what she could not . The Brow Model that she advertise as being done for $200 is not worth it …. And, you do have to pay for the 6 week touch up ."
