"My son asked for.an inch off the lady heard an inch left. So his Long hair got screwed and is now short. He loved his long hair and was extremely sad when we left the salon. He said she should be fired. However I believe with all my heart she did not do it intentionally and she felt bad after I stopped her ( but it was too late). She also paid for his cut cause she felt bad. Everyone is human no one is perfect but I wish she would have heard him correctly. It was just a disaster and he kept him self composed so well while at the salon. Hair grows back yes but he is devastated. Poor kid."

The woman who cut my son’s hair was friendly but admitted she was very tired and the cut needed fixing after we got back home. We all have one of those days. We will chalk it up to a one-time fluke and try it again because of the convenient location."
