"Made a haircut appointment for just before going on vacation. Received confirmation when appointment was made and day before just like usual. However, on day of appointment I was notified my appointment was a double booking so my appointment was cancelled. I felt I was treated rudely and even made to feel as though it was my fault by Chance. I have used my current stylist for years and going with a new one was not of interest to me. Not the customer service experience I was expecting. Do better."

My boyfriend suggested I try out Starr's Sister in Eau Claire while we were visiting his family. He said that it was the best salon in Eau Claire and I decided to give it a try.
