"I made an appointment for 12 pm on a Friday. Firstly I used GPS to find the place. There is no way to know you're there unless you check every door and look in windows. It wasn't until I saw the name on the mailbox in the small doorway I knew I was there. I called 10 minutes ahead of time to even make sure I was in the right place. I tried to open the door to go in, but it was locked. I was still 5 minutes early, so I waited until 15 after 12. I double checked my email and my phone voice mail but I didn't get anything saying my appointment was canceled. No one ever showed up. I will not return my business to this place. Why wouldn't someone at least reschedule or cancel. Truly a joke."
