"The facility and room were excellent, clean and comfortable. But the best part was the amazing service from Derek the Manager! I had to abandon my pickup in a ditch during a blizzard. I made it to the motel the next day and Derek was remarkable, even found an old phone charger for my flip phone! He deserves 6 stars for superior customer support!"
