These are busy facilities with dedicated and hardworking staff. Some patience may be required, so please show some Aloha to the staff. They are doing the best they can, to serve as many people as efficiently as possible. My interactions have all been good. I would given 5 stars if the appointment process was more streamlined and user friendly. Contacting them by phone can also be difficult. Overall they are doing a great job. We are lucky to have this high quality imaging service in the High Desert."
