He made sure I was comfortable, let me know what he was doing and why, played awesome music during scan, answered a ton of questions and then we looked at the scans while he definitely educated me! Awesome experience! And he went above and beyond trying to untangle the necklace I took off and put in my pocket! oooooops"

"I choose Medical Imaging- because they are convenient, organized & efficient. The staff is always pleasant- They are skilled, and well trained. In the past 12-15 years I have had a variety of spinal issues that have required every thing from simple X-rays - to complicated procedures & studies. I also began using their Women’s Department for my Mammograms. I had tried several other places over the years- But- my search is over. I prefer Medical Imaging!"

"Very thorough at this place. I feel confident in trusting my breast health to them. All x-ray techs are friendly & compassionate. Not all the front desk people are great, though. They are my least favorite part of this place."

"Had x-ray and MRI of left knee. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly. Setting up the account to receive the reports was easy and quick. Received the reports with not trouble. The technicians were friendly and efficient. Have been here several times and setting up an appointment is easy. My doctor is in the building so it was just a matter of going to the front desk but I assume you could call in."

"PEOPLE: They couldn't be more efficient and competent! FACILITY: This facility was clean everywhere! And very well organized! It was well situated, with an entrance from the street and an entrance from the indoor parking lot and medical offices. The route from the medical offices was well thought out, with both a staircase with railings on both sides, and a ramp for those who need it. The ramp was a gentle angle, as were the stairs. In the waiting room, the seating area was a very long couch that wrapped around two walls, in a curve. There were no chairs in straight lines for people to trip over. There were small tables placed in front of the couch, with enough space between the tables for easy seating and leaving. PROCESSES: Extremely efficient! When we walked in the door, I only needed to show my ID and my insurance card, for proof of who I am. All the forms had been filled in by the staff members, and printed out for my signature. As someone with back and mobility issues, I was very impressed by everything!"
