"When I called in for an appointment, I specifically asked them how much I will be charged for the scans I will be receiving. The spokesperson told me that I won't be charged since it is a referral and the insurance covers the rest. However I was billed a very large amount of money, which now I am forced to pay. I feel that the department is very disorganized, and they are prone to really misinforming their patients."
