"Was told we did not need an appointment, only had to go there and check in for an xray of my wife's shoulder. Left after 40 minutes waiting to get "processed in" and informed it could be another 30 minutes because those with appointments came first and only one person to check us in. There were 2 and sometimes 3 people at the desk screening people that were coming in when only one person at a time was letting them in the door."
