"If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. My grandson showed the man a picture of what he wanted THREE TIMES and he never said he couldn't do it. The man was crabby and unintelligible. I knew the haircut was not what my grandson wanted so I tried to talk to the technician. That was a complete waste of my breath. If you go here, DO NOT ACCEPT THE older Asian man as your tech! He does not listen and is terrible!"

"Went in to get my sons haircut, she promptly told me he had lice…which was in reality just eczema. No bugs, just white flakes. I mentioned his eczema, she blew me off, with a rude laugh. Well after an emergency lice consult (yes those exist), no lice… as expected. I can understand being cautious, but she was rude and wrong. Went to kids hair where we normally go (after the lice consult at a different place) and what do you know… not a mention of lice. Lice and Dandruff/ eczema look nothing alike, even the lady checking for lice was confused why she had said it.Never going back to Great Clips in Hugo."
