"In addition to working at a service station earlier in my life, for roughly 45 years I have done all the service on my own vehicles with the exception of maybe three to five times, one of those times was this last January when I had my pick up serviced at this location. a week or so ago I was changing my oil, I went to take the oil filter off and I could not budge it. I could not possibly comprehend how tight that filter was tightened down. trying different methods it took me a minimum of 10 minutes to get that filter off and I was extremely concerned something was going to crack or break off. in this review there is no avenue whatsoever I have to be able to convey how flipping tight that filter was tightened! I could not believe, and I mean it I was absolutely astonished that the nipple that the oil filter screws on two had not broken or cracked or that the oil filter housing had not cracked or that the oil filter threads had not given way. I had to use channel locks and I could barely get the filter to move and I was so concerned something was going to snap while I was doing so. it was not an easy job to get the channel locks on there let alone get it to move, loosen. it is 100% inexcusable that a filter is tightened to that extent, in every possible way it is a risk of something breaking or cracking. the person that serviced my vehicle should not be allowed to touch anything mechanical in my opinion based on what I have witnessed. at the time when I brought it in for an oil change at this location my oil was beyond where I typically change it and I was very pinched for time so I bit the bullet and had it done at jiffy lube... This 100% reinforces why I change my own oil. I grew up farming, servicing equipment and like I said have serviced my own vehicles for roughly 45 years and also those of my kids, I have never had a problem with leakage or anything else. The person that service my vehicle ran the risk of breaking our cracking the nipple the housing or the filter in addition to that I'm surprised the seal on the oil filter did not give out. very simply, never again! at least at this location"

"Great management and the teamwork is great! They do quality work and the price is right, especially when you can get a coupon from the Jiffy Lube website! They usually have some type of promotion going on, too. Like right now they are offering an e-gift card worth $25 bucks when you come in for a full synthetic oil change. I prefer to bring my business to this service center because they’re kind and friendly to their customers and knowledgeable about their work."

"I had my dog with me when i came in for an oil change. I was given the option to bring her in the lobby, which i thought was really cool, but opted to leave her in the vehicle after making sure the tech was comfortable with it. I seen just about every employee go say hello to her and give her a quick pet at least once which im sure my dog just loved! Thanks for making her day!"
