"Great selection of glassware, jewelry and hawaiian shirts. Small shop, but packed with great finds. It was fun to chat with the owner, and learn about what’s in the shop."
"DO NOT BOTHER! Their estate sale is overpriced and Dave is dishonest when it comes to items for sale. Found a remote in a box with trinkets and he refused to sell me the remote. It did not belong to anything that was at the sale just a remote left behind. He didn’t even give me an option to purchase it just took it and kept it for himself. Terrible way to run an estate sale. DO NOT GO TO THEIR ESTATE SALES UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH DISHONEST DAVE"
"Not only did this store blow my expectations out of the water, but now it is my favorite place to explore for genuine antique and vintage gems. I love old glass, and of course I recently became obsessed with all forms of radioactive glass. Dave went above and beyond to show me all the diferent types of uranium/vaseline/depression/jadeite/burmese/cadmium/etc glass he has. He even has a blacklight to test them in shop, which was great since I freaked when I realized I forgot mine. I feel like I learned so much after this visit, and can't wait to do so again. I ended up going with a beautiful Duncan & Son Co Canary Yellow Vaseline Glass shoe, with a daisy button cut. It's the perfect addition and I'll be back soon to get more! Thank you Dave for all you do."
"I love this place and I love the Owner, Dave. I got turned onto this place by my daughter whom purchased for me a couple of wonderful Hawaiian shirts. Dave is an expert on Hawaiian shirts and their fabrics and would be glad to explain why where and how the shirt came into existence and what the materials like, etc. The store wall crammed with wonderful items is organized. It’s like going to a well stocked antique mall except it’s owned by one person. I came across a review that said that Dave is not nice. While I don’t know the circumstances that led the woman to say that, and I respect their right to their opinion, I disagree! Dave is sweet, nice, fair and knowledgeable."
"Way over priced and rude, especially Dave. These were very rude people, I’ve never been treated so rudely at a sale. If you’re looking to hire a service to liquidate an estate, there are plenty of others in town who do the same business AND treat visitors of the sale with respect. We got 2 small succulents, a shirt, and a sandwich baggie of mini cookie cutters. We were charged $40. When my husband and I were walking away, I can’t repeat what he said but he shared that he had a similar experience. It wasn’t just us. We both witnessed others who left disgusted or were treated rudely."
