Reviews of Flashbacks Mercantile
"The cashier guy ripped me off. He promised me 40% off of my items. Then he wrote the prices of the 3 items down on the piece of paper, did his tax and other calculations and handed me change that amounted to 20% discount after tax. So, merchandise price + tax, and 20% off of that. He does not give receipts so he basically collects any amount he desires in cash, take it or leave it. And he probably claims it as a “non-profit” because the sign in his window claims to help the homeless (super ironic!) I did not raise a stink about it at the time because he seemed like the type who’d yell at me to get out of his store over pointing out his mistake. I just wanted to not get berated. I’m currently homeless and I am used to people treating me every type of way. If the extra $12 he stole from me, helps him sleep better at night, so be it. He can buy some old-man meds with it one day. All I know is, I am never visiting this store again, even though I did see a couple of items I was planning to buy there. After he ripped me off, he will never see me spending money there again. I overheard him telling another customer they’re going out of business. Good! This place deserves to be closed for good. Good riddance."
"This store has alot of vintage items, such as jewelry, collectables, clothing, shoes, furniture the store is chock full of things, come on over, you won't be disappointed"
"Best thrift store in the City of Orange. My girlfriend buys clothing and jewelry from Delilah in space 12. I bought - like new - Etnies shoes, Schwinn bicycle, stainless steel mirror, NFL jersey and a chair for a very good price. The stainless steel mirror and chairs are brand new. I'm coming back for some other goods i saw: skateboard, large skateboard wheels and a camera."
"Pretty good antique mall with some really good stalls with unique items."
