We believed that investing in the 360 King bed from this company, despite its hefty price tag of over $12,000, would ensure we received top-notch quality and service. However, our experience proved otherwise. The company boasts a 15-year warranty, but let me tell you, it's a blatant lie. When a part of the bed broke within the first year, we expected prompt and efficient service as promised. Instead, we encountered a frustrating ordeal. After scheduling a service call, we were left in the dark regarding the outcome of the repair. It took multiple follow-up calls just to discover that our request had been denied, without even the courtesy of a notification. Why? Because it was conveniently close to the 1-year warranty expiration date. Our attempt to address the issue on January 25, 2024, was met with indifference since the warranty expired on January 19, 2024. I implore you, do not fall victim to the false promises and lackluster service of this company. Save yourself the headache and financial burden. Explore other options where your investment will be met with honesty, reliability, and genuine customer care. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing this bed. Think twice, do your research, and choose wisely. Your sleep quality and hard-earned money deserve better. "After a tiring day of moving, I needed a remote control for a Sleep Number bed. Mark showed me how to order it from my phone (not at stores), then showed me until I get the remote the steps to pressurize the bed from my phone. Mark was very helpful and patient to senior me with a frazzled mind."
