"Total waste of time. They said they will be open until 7pm for donations but asking me to come back the next day. This happened 2 days in a row. No guarantee whether they will accept the following day. Decided to sell on Craigslist myself. I hate when folks don’t keep up their word."
"If your a guy do not come here this place has no guy clothes this store is 90℅ female clothes with no guy clothes in sight I can't find no clothes for me at all a waste of time this place should think about why they'res no customers and bad reviews it's cause they only have clothes for women!"
"Interesting rules these guys have even when we are trying to donate our goods. The gentleman has the delivery station all set up, and literally just sitting here. It’s 9:30A. However he says they don’t open till 10A. Why can’t you just let me drop off my items in the boxes? Everything is set up and you’re sitting here too!"
"I had a very bad experience there today, so my kids were playing at the toy section, they only took one toy at a time and played with the toy on the floor where they sat, they were not blocking the way or anything, but the manager came to me and said they could only play with the toys on the shelf, I have been taken my kids to other goodwills but never been told the toys can only stay on the shelf. I didn't want to get into an argument even though it was hard for me to believe they could be so mean to the kids. I told my kids to put the toys back on the shelf and went to check out, there was one item I wanted to buy but it didn't have a price tag, the lady at check out told me they couldn't sell it because there was no price tag, I asked can you check the price for me or something? She just said no, we don't put on price tags, I can't help you, she said that with a very annoyed face that I wish I never been here. Anyway, very disappointed, will not come here again."
"I'm in the process of decorating my room and have been looking for a couple pieces. I've been checking everywhere, keeping my options open. In the shopping process, I thought of Goodwill and wondered if I might find something here that could be reupholstered to fit. It was my first visit to this Goodwill, and I was pleased to find it was very clean and well organized. Small in size, the store was very clearly labeled: Kids' clothes, Shoes, Media, etcetera. The funny thing was there was a separate area for men's clothing. Usually, women are the ones who get their own space devoted to their clothes and accessories--not men, so, of course, this stood out to me. I wandered around to every section just to check things out. I saw a few things that interested me (such as the electric tea maker or collectible doll, even some DVDS), but I decided not to give in to temptation. I went specifically for one thing, and they didn't have it, so I practiced restraint and headed out. But I will say that the prices seemed reasonable, and, as I said, it was clean. I didn't have to sift through a lot of piles to find things. I don't frequent Goodwill, but if I did, this would be one I'd go to because of how well-run it seemed to be."
