"Thank goodness I have been to this store only a few times. I do not plan to go back. The manager is extremely disrespectful, dishonest and rude towards customers and volunteers. Yesterday, I stopped by to find a chess set as a xmas gift and noticed a rack of priced clothing they had just brought out to the sales floor . As soon as I touched the items, the manager rudely yelled at me, "Those clothes are not priced and not for sale!" Well that was a blatant lie, as every item had a tag and a price. The manager came over with a dirty look for me and pushed the rack back into the back room! All of this in front of staff and other customers. I have personally witnessed her nepotism or prejudice towards people she "likes" and her blatant discrimination towards customers she dislikes. Question for ACS: Why is an unethical, discriminatory, emotionally unstable and dishonest person managing this discovery store?"

"Sadly, I didn’t have a good experience shopping here. I had a handful of items that I held at the counter while gathering a few more. I purchased my items and realized they left out a purse that I had put on the counter, long story short the manager or whoever acts as the manager said “oh, it’s gone”... not true I saw it tucked around the corner and when I said, hey I see it right there, she got uncomfortable and told me that it was priced wrong and she couldn’t sell it to me!!! HORRIBLE —customer service, shame on you lady for lying straight to my face! I did say I would be leaving a review and it’s been a while, I Recently went back in and the same lady was working so I left. Won’t be shopping there again!!!"

"This store is the best. Great assortment and great prices! The staff is totally helpful and kind. I want to especially mention Wendy, who went out of her way to find addition things I would be interested in. You don’t get that kind of friendliness and interest at most stores. It’s also awesome to know that you are supporting a great cause. I’m definitely going to stop by there more often."
