"I have come to this place several times and found good deals on furniture. Today I came kind of late after work (10 minutes before closing) and asked if I could just take a quick whip around to see if they had something in particular. The cashier said sure. Then the owner came out and insisted I had to leave right away. She said the lights were off in the back, and I couldn't come in. Very strange. Won't be coming back."
"One seller in particular has great items at reasonable prices. Look for her cabinet in a smaller room to the left - once you walk into the store, turn left, then right into a smaller room ahead. Her cabinet is on the far end - wonderful cute dog collectors items, pristine vintage dishware, fine china. Seller is super friendly and has whatever you're looking for. Highly recommend checking it out when you're in Niles!"
"I bought a dress from them, which had a couple seams that weren't properly attached. When I got home and tried to unclasp the rivets, they fell off! Additionally, it promptly fell apart as soon as I put it on. It was clear that this was due to the thread disintegrating with age. However, the lady that runs this place would not give me a refund, citing the fact that "she had tried it on herself and it was fine", and repeatedly invalidating my experience. Though the receipt did say "final sale", when a customer purchases a product, flaws should be disclosed. Otherwise, there is an implicit agreement that what you're selling me is functional. I think their actions are telling of how they conduct themselves as a business: if they can't even do the due diligence to assess an item's state and disclose it to the customer, how can you expect to have a good experience?"
"Allways easy to shop. Main issue is dealers really do not rotate or move there inventory around. Some items have been there a long time. Good lighting. Dog at entry looks real is not."
"One of my all time favorite "treasure" stores in downtown Niles ! A must visit !"
