"Worst 711 I’ve ever been to…… their slurpy machine hasn’t been fixed in at least 4 months…. Also all of the cashiers here are very rude and not sociable. Every time I go there a certain cashier is always talking on his phone with his earbuds. He completely ignores you and you have to ask for something multiple times because of his phone conversation. I’ve worked in customer service my entire career and I know how you’re supposed to treat all customers. It’s a shame no one does anything about it."

"The night guy always clicks something where when it asks for my 7Rewards number it immediately goes away and I have to tell him each time no I need to put in my rewards. Then when I build over 1000 after 10 visits and get the $1 off option pop-up, he always tries to bypass that and act like nothing was there. So I've made these 7/11 employees start the transaction over and show them it offers a dollar off if they don't bypass it. They should know about their own rewards program that pops up every transaction."

"Whoever the employee working the register right now (2/1/23 9:30PM) is, should not be working anywhere in which he is face to face with people, at all. Aside from his overall rude presence, as if it is absurd he has to take time from his day to ring up my items so that I can pay for them, even though it is, literally, his job. Continue his phone conversation loudly the entire time I was at the counter making it impossible to ask him to purchase a scratcher, and when h he finally acknowledged me it was to rudely say no and he closed their lottery stuff early. I am not demanding or expecting some 5 -star kind of treatment coming into the 7-11 here, but it would be nice not to be treated like some gunk you walked in and can't seem to shake off the bottom of your shoe now."
