"Tasty latte and egg bites— shop and restroom clean… Unfortunately, when I went to the counter, I was ignored by the staff that were nearby, and had to wait until someone came from the back before any acknowledgment. It’s really just as simple as saying ‘XX will be right with you,’ if the register person has stepped away for a moment."
