I called and the woman on the phone told me that I had ordered the wrong cartridge, though their site said it would work with my printer. She thought this was quite funny and actually chuckled. When I asked her about exchanging it she refused and said that since it had been opened there would be no refund even after I told her that I needed to order more cartridges. Again she was quite happy about delivering the news. Not too bright considering that I need 4 more cartridges at $125 a piece. Oh well. They just saved $125 and lost $500. Terrible customer service!"
