"The staff at the Yucaipa storage place are phenomenal in their customer service and looking out for the tenants. Their value is a solid 5 stars across the board. However, the new owners of Life storage have taken away our necessary post office which was beneficial for many, many reasons. They’ve taken what was once a vital community stop for many neighbors, and focus only on what generates money. Now you have to go up to the main town post office to handle things that could be done in the front lobby. Such a shame. It eliminated most of the foot traffic that used to come in every day."
