"Says 24 hours, but employees lock the door at 12am -3 am don’t waste your money here."

"Employee here tried to pull a quick one. I had late night munchies so I got a pepperoni pizza. Then I noticed the bill was a bit higher than usual (I had this before). I realized he put the pepperoni pizza as 7-meat pizza instead to make a quick buck. Then I let him know he made a mistake and he throws a fit like it's only a few cents away. It was only a dollar extra so I didn't mind too much, but it was unethical for him to even try something like that. What a clown. Also he smushed the end a bit, and I'm not sure if it was on purpose or the fact he wasn't even looking at the pizza. Guess this what happens when they take your kindness as weakness."

"This is a larger 7-Eleven in the northeastern limits of West Anaheim. I do agree with the other reviewer who said the store is haphazardly stocked. They have enough rack/shelf space at this location to stock the Gardetto's Crisps Original Flavor but on 12/12/21 they didn't have it. I'm only in the area 2-4 times a year so don't expect to see much of me here regardless of what is or isn't in stock. The complete lack of poles or anything to which a bicycle can be locked in the parking lot forces me to leave my bike at another nearby business that brings me to the area those few times a year and walk nearly a quarter mile between here and there."

"I’m going to be as professional as I could leaving this review. The two Indian men running the store in the evening have lack of customer service. I was waiting for the hot food and the guy calls me to the register then I told him I wanted the hot food, he then tells me to go back to the hot food. So I told him that’s why I was standing there. Strike one. I also wanted some pizza, the guy with the mustache proceeded to ignore me. I go to the register and my total is very low. I look and I told him where is my pizza. He seems bothered and I told him I mentioned it to him but he was too busy with the older Indian man having a conversation to pay attention to the customers. Strike two. Strike 3, they change cashiers and now I have the older Indian man helping me, he proceeds to have a conversation with the other man again, ignoring me, making me swipe my card several times and then proceeds to hurry me up. I finally lost my patience and told him to wait, he kept hurrying me up and I told him in a vulgar language to wait because I don’t have control over his machine, plus it read “waiting for associate” they lack customer skills and professionalism. Now I know why I avoid this location. Never again. The food was also cold. Will be calling corporate to complain. Even the other customers were appalled how the two Indian men treated me, they understood that my attitude at the end was warranted."

"Expensive.. like all 7-11s. But you pay for the convenience. At this store, that doesn’t exist. We work in the area and have visited this 7-11 store a few times now. The prices are comparable to other 7-11s. However, this store is haphazardly stocked and it is often quite difficult to find anything. The staff is either too busy or doesn’t communicate effectively, and provides minimal if any support. Also, this is not a fault of the store, but the area outside is outright dangerous at night. We’ve had homeless people aggressively ask for money on more than one occasion. Tip: only go to this store in daylight or if absolutely necessary. There’s a Walmart and Target less than one-and-half blocks away that’s totally worth the extra drive."
