"Bad customer service. First the person who answered the phone acted like he was bothered to answer simply saying “digame”, which I thought was an odd way to answer a business phone. Then when I asked if he had certain produce he simply says “no” and hangs up. They lost a potential future customer. RUDE!"

"I’ve been a supporter of Elias strawberries for almost a whole year and I feel robbed. My Partner went to pick up strawberries last night and told me they charged him $38 for the strawberries. The strawberries he brought back home were small and barely even red in color. The fact that I’ve always paid between $15-25 for good strawberries and that they overcharged him for small strawberries is very upsetting. There’s usually one guy who’s working hard and helping people get strawberries but the rest of the employees are uptight and rude. I hope I Can get some type of explanation or discount."

"If I had the option to leave no stars I would ! I got here at 2:20 am to look for this place because it was my first time coming , and there was some nice people and some rude. I finally got to Elias produce , and all the men were very rude and disrespectful, there was one sweet guy that helped me with no problem the other men had a nasty face. I just want to say that I will never be returning to this place to get anything. Worse experience ever !"
