"After reaching out to the Store Manager for this location, she was very apologetic about the situation and offered additional discount because of the inconvenience. ▪︎SITUATION RESOLVED!!! ▪︎ Brought these boots on Saturday early evening with very few customers in the store. Preparing my attire for tomorrow (Monday) and BAM security tags still on them. Question⁉️ Why didn't they trigger the alarm ¿? Was the Sales Associates that preoccupied with her personal conversation she failed to complete her due diligence❓ Either way it requires me to make an unnecessary trip back to DSW to have the DEVICE REMOVED. This requires my time, GAS and energy. Especially when I am scheduled to fly home early Tuesday morning. CRAZINESS ⚠️"
