"Great soccer ⚽️ shop knowledgeable staff"
"We came in and were attended by Yahaira. She was very patient and very helpful. My cleats caused some pretty big blisters on the backs of my heels, and we came in wondering if we could get them refunded since I had only worn them for 3 days. Yahaira took the time to talk to the manager and even call the owner of the store to help us out. After we got the news that we could get an exchange she helped me find a new pair and even helped get a custom insole. Not only her but the rest of the staff were very kind. They also offered advice on how to treat my blisters, what I could do to help prevent them, etc. Overall it was a very good experience, the best I’ve had there. This being thanks to the staff."
"***DO NOT BRING JERSEYS TO GET STAMPED *** Called and spoke to someone he told me to bring in the jersey to get the last name stamped ,. Drove an hour to drop it off and when we get to the store a girl named estrella told us the the guy was on vacation and that they couldn’t do it . After I told her we had spoken to someone a few days prior and that we where from an hour away she agreed to send it to there other location to get it stamped. Everything was fine . As we’re leaving she catches us outside and said she had to remove the tags before sending it in to get stamped and she handed us the tags . (The hole was not there prior to dropping off we would have noticed ) Shirt was done and ready next day , no problem there . Drove an hour to pick up the jersey and when picking it up we notice a hole like she used scissors to remove the tags and cut the jersey. A 70$ jersey with a hole !! That was a gift! , spoke to the manager on duty and he said nothing could be done besides refunding us the 21$ we paid to get the name and number stamped. That doesn’t replace the 70$ shirt that now has a hole . Completely unprofessional and uncalled for . Now we have to give a ripped custom jersey to our god daughter due to the incompetence of the employees at this location . Do not go there !!"
"I've suffered from lower back problems for most of my life. I wouldn't say I have wide feet, but I have pretty low arches so finding the right pair of shoes is pretty difficult. I've tried various insoles and there are very few running shoes that I can wear that bring comfort for a full day. After doing some research, I was recommended the Nike Tiempo Legacy 3's for individuals with lower arches or wider feet. I tried them at the store and they felt okay, but slightly narrow towards the forefoot. I figured I should try them on soft ground to see if they would flex more so I purchased them. After trying them on for a brief period of time, I had to take them off since they were hurting my feet. They look great on paper (the K-Leather feels great) and I really wanted to like them, but they are just too narrow for me. When returning to the store, I had the pleasure of working with Nick Duerst after talking with a cashier about wanting a return who initially said they couldn't give me a refund since I had worn them outside. Nick wanted to make sure I was sized correctly and had me try them on once again. He also noticed that they were rather tight on me towards the sides, but the sizing was accurate. Rather than just giving me a refund so I could find a more comfortable pair, Nick suggested that I give them a little bit more time to break in and see if they stretch out a bit. If they still weren't comfortable for me, he said I could come back to the store for a refund or in store credit. This really didn't make sense to me since I didn't want to ruin the shoes by wearing them any further then returning them if they still weren't comfortable. My previous soccer cleats (Asics DS Light 6, now discontinued) were pretty comfortable right out of the box. I was a little frustrated with this, but told Nick I would give them some more time to break in. I would have preferred to have my money back so I can try to find the right pair of cleats for me. In all honesty, this is a pair I could have gotten from Amazon for about the same price and they would have taken the return with no questions asked. I had previously ordered multiple pairs of cleats through Amazon before finding the Asics DS Light 6, all of which I was able to return hassle free. I think Nick did a great job in handling the situation. He gave me a lot of information about alleviating pain for my type of feet and even suggested that I purchase and try some insoles, but I've worked in customer service long enough to know that this product could have been returned. I would just rather not make a big deal inside the store about it. I don't have any negative things to say about the store itself or Nick (who provided excellent customer service), but for the sake of convenience I think I will take my business elsewhere next time I'm shopping for a pair of cleats. I value customer service. I really do, but we live in a time where there are so many other options out there that are just far more convenient. For that reason I personally wouldn't recommend shopping here. The cashier that initially greeted me didn't do a very good job either. In the future, I'd like to see all employees follow Nick's lead for this situation could have gone south if it were a different customer."
