Rogan's Shoes

"Three thumbs down for Scott, one of the managers. Twice in the last two months, he has been grouchy, unhelpful and belligerent regarding helping me find new balance walking shoes, and a problem with shoelaces for two dollars for expensive timberline, hiking boots that I bought less than two months ago. Scott is not an asset to Rogan‘s in any way Whatsoever. Kate, however, is helpful and resourceful and understands what it means to keep a good customer for two dollars worth of shoelaces by checking with a different manager. She should be raised up. Scott should be de-escalated In a major way. He is rude, Unhelpful and has a bad attitude Towards the general Public. . Not interested in retention of good clients for a two dollar exchange of shoelaces which were bad on my timberline boots bought less than two months ago. I don’t know why he’s even working at Rogan‘s, Let alone a manager…… A mistake has been made. No one is there to observe his behavior in action. "There are tons of shoes at all price points. They have them all out for you to find and the employees don't hover. Plus if you buy two pairs, the second is half off. It is a great deal for our family."

"Terrible service. Walked in at 18:41 tonight to exchange a pair of cleats. Was not greated by any of the 4 staff at the checkout who were not assisting the 1 other person in the store. Was told after asking where the cleats were, " just so you know we close in 10 minutes." I was aware that they closed at 19:00. Upon leaving, no "thank you for coming" was stated. East Side of Madison was a much better experience."
