"I am known for posting 5 star reviews, but Vallarta, you are getting a 1, which should be a zero! I feel so ripped off. The Tamales this year were all Masa. I even waited in the store yesterday for these to be cooked, 45 minutes to be exzact! I have 2 dozen left, and I will be returning them in person tomorrow! This was such an XMAS disappointed. Where is the quality control? You are more interested in making money than putting out a quality product! I will never ever buy tamales here for my family again! I expect a full refund for the 30 Tamales that I bought and couldn't eat. The first 3 we opened, which were two different kinds, were all MASA! Straight FAIL Vallarta Supermarket! I will be in the store tomorrow getting my money back. Your store experience was a FAIL! QUALITY CONTROL should always be your number one priority! Stop making excuses. FIX THE PROBLEMS! READ YOUR REVIEWS and address the situation. Dont just respond with more excuses! SHAME ON YOU! Don't buy TAMALES HERE!"

"I used to get all of my food and fresh drinks from these store but. Some of the ladies preparing drinks are very dirty and nasty when making your drinks moving trash cans and cleaning equipment out of their way, Picking up vegetables drop on to the floor and straight into the juicer ( people's drinks.)First time l told management about it. But it they keep doing it on top some of those velgies are old and rotten. Do not get fresh juices there. Cooks is a diferent story clean and organized."

"Went shopping for some veggies and fruit, I thought the Mangoes were pretty pricey but looked great so I bought 2 of them and both of them were horrible! What a disappointment it’s not really the price but I don’t have time to go back to the store and return or ask for my money back, please get someone to do some quality control it’s really not fair to your customers!"
