"I don't leave too many bad reviews I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, also working in customer service jobs my whole life i totally understand how it can be. With that being said I don't think you could pay me to go back to this staples. To start they are very expensive and you can find the same items other places and always cheaper. Also the employees and even the manager at this store were very rude and unhelpful. It felt like they couldn't care less about the their customers and especially if they have to help a customer out with a problem it'll become the biggest issue in the world and it won't be solved in a way to help you out just whatever will make their job easier. Don't bother wasting your time or your money here definitely not worth it in any way"

"I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this one I need. Staff here are super slow. Came to print documents on the self service. Then suddenly the printer rejected my flash drive. I asked an associate, she told me to talk to the other associate for help (Ms. Alex) which is fine, because I believe she was the one who could help me. However, it seems like she was struggling with the printer, she took so long to print other documents for another guy, before me. So long. I was super patient at first, but I think I waited for over 40 minutes for a simple job. Insert my flash drive to her computer and print the papers I couldn’t finish at the self service. Anyway, she didn’t look at me, didn’t say anything, just kept on taking her time, forever. I’m not complaining about her work itself, cause I believe she did great for the guy before me. But if she was struggling somehow with the machine, ask for help. She did ask for help like a long time later. I mean, I get that you want to figure stuff out yourself but not on a Saturday, during the hour people usually go print stuff, pick up stuff. I mean, I’m trying to be as much as patient as I can but at least give some explanation, say something, call someone else to help me. Say something, do something. Ps: this is my customer point of view. Thank you."
