"Very, very impressed with Les Moise tonight. I made two returns to the Mequon location that were purchased from the Brookfield location. Despite many potential reasons to make things difficult (I didn't have my receipt, tried on equipment, etc.), the staff was understanding/forgiving and provided me a full refund - all while maintaining a positive attitude while helping me. They've earned a forever customer. Thank you!"

"I purchased new snow board boots and bindings. My salesperson was great. I asked a few questions that he had to get the answers for and I appreciated the honesty. Inventory was available in my size and pricing was standard for the market and fair. I would be happy to do business with them again."

"I really like this shop as they do speedy and excellent sharpening, waxing etc for my skis. However, I dropped off a new pair of skis I got a couple months ago and unfortunately ran into car troubles. I got a somewhat condescending voicemail from a young male from the shop, saying that my skis have been sitting for the past two months, and are ready to be picked up. I called back and a nice young lady answered, and I said I would pick them up by the end of the week as I’ve got my car back up and running. I got another voicemail today with an additional condescending voice message. It’s not too hard to leave a nice reminder on an answering machine, just kind of discouraging."

"I recently purchased ski boots from Les Moise. I was very impressed by the knowledge and service of the of the staff. They took the time to make sure I was fitted correctly despite being busy. Their ski boots aren't cheap, but rather buy online for a cheaper price, I wanted to give them my support because of their level of expertise and customer service. After buying the ski boots, I brought my skis in the next day. I was under the impression during the fitting that they would adjust my ski bindings this year for free (anything after this year would require an additional cost which makes sense). However, when we brought my skis in, they wanted to charge us another $25 for this service. I get it, they need to make money...but honestly at the end of the day you were about to have a customer for life and now I'm honestly upset that after spending almost $500 in your store you couldn't make a complimentary adjustment. I will not be returning to Les Moise and will be finding another local shop that values it's customers."
