"Pet Supplies Mequon has the best staff. We've shopped here since they opened and have had the pleasure of interacting with nearly everyone who works here over the years. The staff is always super pleasant and punctual. A great perk is call ahead ordering of products that might otherwise take some time to wait for if in the store and they always oblige."
"The other customers were super rude, just glared at our family for walking in the store. The cashier snapped at us to move forward at our turn, was unfriendly, and then did not bag our things. Just shoved them towards us and told us we were done. It was such an awkward experience and I will never go back. Response to your reply. This is exactly what happened at this exact location. A lady stood at the door and glared at us walking in with three children and a puppy. As we got closer we realized this was not an employee, just unfriendly person standing inside the store at the entrance. It was grossly uncomfortable. One employee greeted us and was friendly pointing us to what we needed. We thought it would not be so bad. And then we had the rudest cashier who snapped at us. I tried to diffuse the awkwardness by being friendly, but she shoved our items at us, not bagging them, and told us we good to go. Again, I will not return to this location. We shopped here on Friday, March 1st around 5pm."
