"On May 30th I contacted Russ Bassett about their Promedia Shelving (Audio/Video) cabinets. A sales manager contacted me with some information, options, etc. Next day, May 31st, I found out about the prices and was ready to buy one of their cabinets when later that day I received an e-mail from the same sales manager letting me know that as June 1st they were not taking any more orders for the Promedia Shelving (Audio/Video) cabinets. When I called their 1-800 number they told me all the sales managers were notified in March about the cabinets being discontinued on June 1st. Evidently the sales manager made a mistake but the unwillingness from the company to accept one more order tells you all what you need to know about Russ Bassett. A company that doesn't care before the sale won't care after the sale."

"Danny Gonzalez and lupe olivas are the worst manager and supervisor ever they curse at the workers Very unprofessional supervisors and manager. Got a job here thru agency they never took the time to teach always yelling at people one time i seen the supervisor that hangs parts he grabbed a painter by the arm and started arguing with him. This company has many problems most is with the way they treat the workers im glad i quit this job awhile back"
