"I recently had an experience working at PeopleSpace that I feel compelled to share. While my time there had its positive aspects, there were several issues that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. From the beginning, it seemed that there was a lack of communication and clarity regarding expectations. Despite being in the training phase, I was let go without any prior warning or formal documentation of performance concerns. This sudden decision left me feeling blindsided and confused. Throughout my brief tenure, I found it difficult to navigate the work environment. Despite being encouraged to ask questions, I encountered negativity and frustration when seeking clarification. Additionally, I was unfavorably compared to a fellow coworker, even though I had been assisting them. This treatment felt unfair and demotivating. What troubled me the most was the manner in which I was let go. No reasons were provided for my termination, which felt arbitrary and abrupt. Moreover, I discovered that the manager who dismissed me had made false accusations about me, claiming I had thrown a phone at her. I want to make it clear that I would never engage in such unprofessional behavior. It is disheartening to think that someone would tarnish my character in such a way, especially considering they have children themselves. Another concerning aspect is that I was let go just two weeks after another woman of color was also dismissed. This, coupled with the recurring pattern of terminations without cause, raises concerns about potential bias or unfair treatment within the company. Furthermore, I encountered additional challenges when attempting to file for unemployment benefits. The company provided false information, alleging my incompetence, which further added to my frustration and disbelief. It is important to note that my review reflects my personal experience, and others may have had different interactions and outcomes at PeopleSpace. However, based on my own encounters, I find it difficult to recommend working for this company. I believe that a healthy work environment should foster open communication, fairness, and professionalism. Regrettably, my time at PeopleSpace fell short of these expectations. I hope that the company takes steps to address these issues and create a more inclusive and supportive workplace for its employees. It is my sincere wish that this review serves as constructive feedback and encourages positive changes within the organization.
