"I really only come to the store to use for Amazon returns. They always greet me promptly and treat me as if they're their own customer so they're a credit to Amazon. And I continue to complete any possible shopping errands that I need to while I'm in there doing my package returning. Generally, they're pretty expensive but worth the convenience if I'm going to be in there to drop off packages."

"On Sunday, February 18, I approached this establishing to print a letter-type sheet; I needed them to print and cut them, I was attended in the first place by Katherine, she practically refused to provide me the services; they were even charging me $40 for a color print because she had to collect her work and of course I immediately refused to pay that amount; something that seems out of place her attitude, her rudeness was so unpleasant that I had to talk to the manager; they practically They made fun of me; they had me more than an hour to wait for the work and the result was expensive; they even told me that they couldn't print that because the paper I chose is very thick and that the machines didn't work for that. But I had already gone before doing the same job that brings me even more confusion. I asked for my time ⏱️... but good keep in mind that if you want to go to this store for an impression you have to wait 40 minutes so that that same impression can be cut off are the rules according to Katherine and Clemente. As I say once again, reconsider the try to go to this place and don't waste your time. Clement's solution was to give me back the money that I had paid days before that they did the job and they took care of me and solved me perfectly. "2024 February it is terrible! Homeless spat in the child’s face at the Staples entrance. Aggressive homeless people scream smoke drugs and beg for money from visitors. Try to break into cars in the parking lot. Everywhere stinks of excrement and urine. At the entrance to the store, a homeless man tried to hit a woman. Staples do you want to do any?"

"Do not go to this location! I came here to get a picture printed and the staff treated me like I was garbage. Staff have zero social skills and are completely unhelpful. She didn’t know how to use the printers. I waisted half an hour waiting for help just to be told she didn’t know how to do it and the other girl was going on break. "I was here to return something through UPS that this Staples allows fortunately at this great, easily accessible location right in the middle of Hollywood next to all the beautiful old architecture in amazing condition that is still here for all to see. Some of the tallest buildings of the New World in over a century are right near here. I'm was very pleasantly surprised by everything that I saw"
