"Did not like the customer service the manager give me I tried to return items that were spoil without a receipt, and he gave me a hardtime, I might as well go to the regular store I expect quality."
"I've been to many market's but this one here is over priced for not having the usual choice's all other market's have! The people who work there treated me like I was from outer space or something,.. I know Stitch is pretty famous right now but C'mon now! I asked for a market basket like all market's have in the front, and that's all they told me " They're in the front",.. well I had just come from there and they're all chained up,.. I needed to get 2 big bags of ice and drinks and the worker hands me a little Red hand carry basket,... And I'm supposed to do what with that!????? Funny but not so funny,.. also rude af!!!! Now I Know why there's not that many shopper's there! If you don't believe me try it for yourself,.. at check out I had to go look for a cart outside to carry the ice and stuff to my car!!!! Not good customer service!"
"Sometimes great options, sometimes not. Cute cashier with glasses."
"I had high hopes for a “grocery outlet.” Boy was I wrong. Firstly, the store layout is interesting. There’s a lot to look at and some items don’t have prices. Secondly, the cereal aisle was bare. The cereal they had was all sugar. No healthy cereals at all besides one box of granola that didn’t even belong there. Thirdly, the prices were so so wrong. A 16.3 oz box of Frosted Flakes was priced at $2.99, but the boxes on the shelf were 16.8 oz (family size). At the register, that cereal came up as $3.99! That’s a good deal?? Seriously? That’s about the same as Albertson’s or Stater Bros. Fourthly, the attitude the cashier gave me was so rude. I showed her the picture I took of the cereal that was first of all labeled incorrectly and secondly falsely advertised. Her tone of voice was rude and she did not need to speak to me that way. I was just stating that there’s a discrepancy. Lastly, don’t get me started on the milk. I don’t have my Aldi receipt to compare, but I know for a fact a half gallon of milk at Aldi has never been over $2.19. Why the heck is a half gallon of milk $2.99?? I bought a half gal of whole milk because it was the same price as the 2%. Looking at my picture for reference, a half gallon of milk at El Super in Baldwin park is even cheaper than the “outlet.” Very dissatisfied with my visit today. “You saved $19 today!” is the last thing I’ll ever hear in one of these stores."
"Really LIKEE this store... prices are just great ...very clean ... I think you will too"
