"I went to Office Depot to make copies at self-service. The machine was broken and 60 of my 2-sided copies were damaged. I did not notice right away. I brought it up to the associate, who told me there was a problem with the machine and moved me to another one. No refund. No apology. I paid over $60 for all my copies without compensation. Then he left the machine open for new unsuspecting customers to also receive damaged copies which they will have to pay full price for. Terrible customer service. I will no longer use their copy service."
