"I presented to return ink for an HP office jet printer. The printer and ink were purchased at Staples at the same time. The printer alerted that ink was not compatible. The manager a nice fellow, said I could buy more ink at half price. I left a complaint when prompted for a review. When I did so the reply from a lady general manager for Staples said I bought the ink somewhere else. I sent a correction and asked her where in Gods name she got that idea. No Answer. I'll never go back even after being a long time customer."
