"Applied to work here and they gave me the job on the spot as a part time tech associate. They told me I would get an email and drug test but never got anything. Followed up multiple times with two managers and there stated they would reach out but they did not. During the interview they said no one buys at staples anymore since amazon came into play, so they are struggling with sales. I was in sales and was considered a top sales rep at my job. I only applied here for extra cash for a project I was working on. I see now it's a struggling store, with poor leadership while missing talent waling through the door. I won't be shopping here myself even though I live across the street from this location."
"It's a stupid thing but this is the state of retail. Item rings at $9.99. I tell checker it's marked at display at $6.79. He says it's in the computer at $9.99. I ask him to go check. He says no. I go and take photo of display and return to him. Only then does he get on his communicator and someone goes and comes back with $6.79 price. No sorry and no thank you from anybody. Nobody cares. It's not like they were busy. Multiple staffers walking around."

"Desperately short staffed. I returned an Amazon package and there was a line with only one employee. The $10 off when returning is only when you spend $30 ( in the fine print). Unlike Kohl's, which doesn't require you to spend anything. Then later I needed to print something and there was a paper jam. I waited a very long time again."
