"I have been into this store twice now. The first time Tom helped me, this guy is awesome!! He had only been there for a short time when I first met him. He helped me get into some Hoka’s for work! Second time I came in with my 9 year old son. The Assistant Manager helped us (sorry I can’t recall his name), and Tom was there! He remembered who I was and what shoe size I wore! They both helped my son find shoes that he loved. I seriously can’t say enough about how great these guys are! Their customer service is impeccable and they are incredibly sweet! "Hello! Today I decided to get new shoes, of course I went with what I have had before (vans), I got them in a different store at the mall. My daughter walked in to Tradehome store just to "look". We got approached by Derek, and let me tell you. It was our best experience ever buying shoes!!! He was attentive and helpful without being pushy, he hear her out about the type of shoes she wanted, he recommended Rival, which honestly isn't the point. (Yeah, comfortable shoes and on sale even better!) Derek was awesome! We end taking 3 pairs of shoes, two for my daughter and I even got one for myself too! I went back to return the one's I bought first. I didn't got the shoes only because they were on sale or because they were comfortable. I got them because he was amazing and a great seller! You got there a great sales employee and a good human, who end having a little chat with my kids while doing his job. He is totally the type of people should be in charge, one who listen and cares enough to do a great job an have fun while doing it. Totally recommending the store, the shoe brand, and more importantly Derek!"
