"What's really going on having to wait more than 5 days for insulin and Pain relief. I don't understand how a big chain Pharmacy has back order issues... Sadly the people that really have underlying Health issues are the ones that suffer. Please Respect, and be knowledgeable of those who are really in need... I give My respect to Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians @ times they get really bombarded it comes with the title.... This is America and Big Drug companies.whats really going on..."

"Pharmacy is very rude they’re liars and don’t take ppl health seriously I have cancer and blood disease since birth and they speak to me like trash and don’t care I told her I have a deadly disease I have my special medicine for my disease and she told she doesn’t care"

"I went shopping with no hurry for 6-7 holiday goodies. Decided to pay cash with $100 but the register clerk did not have enough, so I offered to pay with smaller bills. She manage to create a 2-3 minutes checkout into 20 minutes, processed it as a return, then when asked by a season clerk, struggled to explain her actions. Then started res-canning the item with no sense of urgency for her incompetence. Then struggled to grab the items because she is more worried about her nails than the long line she created. Ps: Corporate wake up, this is why your quarterly sales are down, go back to the basics. Hire or train your staff better. Company is is going under because of contracts falling through and store managers not doing their jobs."

"Do not use curbside pick up at this location! I’ve tried several times thinking it was a fluke but each time it’s been delayed to the point I just end up canceling. Otherwise I’m sure it’s not a bad location. They just need better curbside or just not offer it."

"This pharmacy has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Terrible response time, failure to recognize critical RX needs for very sick patients, long extended waits for phone and service. We've moved most of our RX to Humana online, but still have emergency requests here. I need to change that too. They build on the stress rather than relieve it. Try Walgreens on Newport or Right Aid. This is the last time I will have anything sent there. "
