"I had my hair done by Claudia, and unfortunately it was pretty TERRIBLE! I brought two different inspirations pictures and unfortunately got NOTHING close to them! I wanted heavy blonde highlights with a shadow root so it would be nice growing out a bit. Unfortunately I got chunky uneven highlights that were SUPPOSE to be all the way at the root but unfortunately she didn’t use correct technique so the highlights were about half an inch away from the room RIGHT away! There are also two sections where it looks like like the bleach came out the top of the foil and I have tiger stripe looking spots! Looks terrible honestly! I didn’t ask her to fix it because I was worried she would make it worst! So I had it redone at a different salon! I added photos of my hair and the gap from my scalp ATthe salon! And then the tighter stripe areas once I got home and realized they were there. I also added the exact inspiration picture I showed her…"
