"Went here tonight and we were straight up refused service by an extremely rude employee. we were slightly late for our movie and asked to buy tickets but we’re denied in a very rude manner, and the employee provided very little explanation, just saying “no sorry that’s not going to work” and only further explaining more after i asked her why we were being denied service. extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. i would not be upset about this if the employee had been kinder and explained the policy instead of just straight up denying service. I completely understand company policy, but the customer service was unacceptable."

"SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO BE. I was there for the first time yesterday to see Howl’s Moving Castle and I am so impressed. From the service beer selection to the food menu to the theatre… to the movies! Wow. I would choose Flix over Palace Cinema any day. Matt and Lucas were so patient and helpful with all of my questions and explaining how the ordering process works while in the theater. Their outstanding service and kindness positively contributed to my overall experience. I love this for the east side of Madison!"

"Pricey but worth it! One thing you need to know is the call button is hard to find and check between the front of the seat! Overall all great service, very informative and helpful. We had a great time and will be back spiderman man 2023 is a must see we move it!"
